1Set up Equadix Professional Management Services Server
The server application is delivered to two licenses. It is fully functional and is free to evaluate. Test it for as long as you want. If you need more licenses, you can purchase them here.
- 1You are a company, you have employees or consultants. You have clients and projects. That's all you need to set up the server application. Start by creating one of each and you are already set up...
- 2Link the person to the project. Plan the employee for a day or a number of days by setting up a recurring assignment.
- 3Deliver the information by e-mail and receive actual work later. Obviously, actual work can be managed in the application directly.
Importing, exporting and Reporting information
The server comes with built-in reports to deal with invoicing, timesheets or report company activity by people or by project (check the documentation for more information).
Since the application is here to support you and remove any burden, you can import project activities or rebuilt project information outside of the application.
The application is integrated to take advantage of Microsoft Project®, Microsoft Excel® and Microsoft Outlook®.

From version 2.1.1, both client and server applications have a reduced size.
The redistributable for Crystal Reports is no longer included in the application installation package. The runtime needed by the application to display the reports can be freely downloaded and installed from the Business Objects Web site here . The application has been designed to run with version 10.5.3700.0 . This run time is common to both the server and client applications and can be downloaded only once.
Some menu options are only available when the related products are present on the computer where the application has been installed, such as Microsoft Office® applications.
